Kinoslovo together with Central Partnership and Studio CGF have started principal photography of "The Wizard of the Emerald City. Part II", second part of the fantasy-blockbuster, adaptation of the famous fairytale written by Alexander Volkov.

In the second part of the trilogy, Ellie, Toto, Scarecrow, Iron Woodman and Cowardly Lion will finally reach the Emerald City, only to embark on a new dangerous journey to the Violet Country. They will face attack of the Flying Monkeys and massive battle for a magical storm with the wicked witch Bastinda.

The cast is led by Yekaterina Chervova, Yuri Kolokolnikov, Svetlana Khodchenkova and Dmitry Chebotarev along with new actors and characters.
